Rashmi's expertise encompasses Art Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness practices, Self-Compassion Meditation, and Tai Chi. This diverse skill set enables her to tailor therapeutic interventions that resonate with each individual's unique journey.

About Rashmi G M,

Rashmi G M is the visionary behind the Rashmi Mindfulness Centre, dedicated to the mission of "Bodhicitta through psychotherapy." Drawing from Buddhist philosophy, "Bodhicitta" combines 'bodhi' (awakening) and 'citta' (mind), reflecting her commitment to guiding individuals toward mental awakening and enlightenment.

With comprehensive training in both Eastern (Buddhist) and Western psychology, Rashmi offers a holistic approach to mental health. Her therapeutic repertoire includes Art Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness practices, Self-Compassion Meditation, and Tai Chi. This diverse skill set allows her to tailor interventions to each client's unique needs, fostering profound healing and personal growth.

Rashmi's approach is deeply rooted in compassion and understanding. Beyond her role as a counselor, she is an NLP coach, Tai Chi-Qi Gong practitioner, and trained in Mindfulness Self-Compassion Meditation. This multifaceted background enables her to connect deeply with clients, helping them navigate challenges and uncover answers to persistent questions like, "Why me?"

Her unique R.A.S.H.M.I. initiative focuses on Relationship counseling, Assertiveness training, Spousal harmony, and Stress management.
